These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between baji22 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through baji22.bio. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue use of baji22 immediately.

baji22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms apply to all baji22 products and services including but not limited to: cricket betting, live casino, slot games, Andar Bahar, Bingo Adventure, crash games, and all promotional offers available through the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2.1 Minimum Age

Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all funds therein will be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Players accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms. baji22 reserves the right to close any account where access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction is detected and to withhold any funds pending compliance review.

2.3 Personal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of a third party; that you are of sound mind and legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and that gambling is not prohibited for you under any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or applicable law.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) baji22 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another individual's details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. baji22 may close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any balances held therein, and permanently ban the associated devices and payment methods from the platform.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on baji22, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid mobile number. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

baji22 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• Government-issued National ID Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

4.3 Player-Owned Payment Methods Only

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name and that you are legally authorised to use. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business partners — are strictly prohibited. Any withdrawal will be sent back to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. baji22 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

baji22 targets a withdrawal processing time of 5 to 15 minutes for standard bKash and Nagad requests, subject to KYC status and any applicable security checks. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. baji22 processes withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Bangladesh public holidays. These target times are not contractually guaranteed; during periods of high volume or system maintenance, processing may take longer.

4.5 Transaction Fees

baji22 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash or Nagad. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers (e.g., mobile operator charges, bank fees) are the responsibility of the player and are outside baji22's control.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

baji22 is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored. Where unusual patterns are detected, baji22 may freeze the account, request additional documentation, and report activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Depositing funds with no genuine intent to wager constitutes a prohibited use of the platform.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonus Funds") offered by baji22 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to these general bonus rules. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general rules, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. They must first be wagered a minimum number of times ("Wagering Requirement") in eligible games before they convert to withdrawable Real Funds. The Wagering Requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's own terms. Failing to meet the Wagering Requirement within the stated time window will result in the Bonus Funds being automatically removed from your account.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

baji22 monitors betting patterns to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing low-risk or zero-risk hedging bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements; using betting strategies that exploit bonus terms in a way clearly outside the spirit of the promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, baji22 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them, and to close the account.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

baji22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any Bonus Funds already credited and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of the credit.

6.1 Game Integrity

All games available on baji22 are supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. These providers operate independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) and live dealer streams. baji22 does not control the outcome of any game and does not manipulate results in any way.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

• Collusion between players in any game format
• Chip dumping or deliberate loss of funds to transfer value to another account
• Exploitation of any software bug, glitch, or pricing error for guaranteed profit
